Use of this site

This website is provided for general information about Dartly AI and our services. The content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. By using this site, you agree not to misuse it — including attempting unauthorised access, abusing forms or the chatbot, or large-scale scraping.

No guaranteed business results

Dartly AI does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or any minimum performance from using this website, from communicating with us, or from any AI build we may scope. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control. You remain responsible for the commercial decisions you make.

AI and chatbot outputs may be inaccurate

Any output from our website chatbot ("Colin"), or from other AI tools we may demonstrate, is generated automatically and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on it as a sole source for important decisions. Nothing the chatbot says is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and the chatbot cannot book calls, take payment, or commit Dartly AI to a contract. For anything that matters, contact us directly at hello@dartly.ai.

Custom builds and coming-soon agents

  • Any custom AI build is subject to a separate consultation and a written agreement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins. Nothing on this site forms a binding commitment to deliver a specific build.
  • Agents shown on this website as "coming soon" are productised examples. They may change, be renamed, be combined, be withdrawn, or may not launch in their current form. We do not commit to a particular agent, feature set, or release date based on what appears on this site.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Dartly AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any materials from this site without prior written authorisation.

Third-party services

This site relies on third-party providers (including hosting, database, transactional email, and AI providers). Dartly AI is not responsible for the content, functionality, or data handling practices of any third party, beyond our own use of them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dartly AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this website, the chatbot, or any AI-generated output is limited to the amount you have paid to Dartly AI in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. Dartly AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business, or data. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Note: this clause is provided in plain form and has not yet been reviewed by a UK-qualified solicitor. It should be reviewed before any paid client work begins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when the current version came into effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
